The 5K Celebration of Life raises awareness about the importance of organ & tissue donation and will help save lives. Team Wayne G participated in their first 5K Celebration of Life in 2019.  In 5 years, Team Wayne G has raised $30,839!   We thank you from the bottom of our hearts! We couldn't have done that without all of your continued support!  Please join our team on Sunday, June 9th in New Providence or make a contribution to a team member to get us one step closer to our fundraising goal.

Everyone that had the privilege of knowing Wayne, knows that he was a loving, trustworthy, easy going guy with the biggest heart. He was the first one to lend a helping hand and be there to listen with an open mind. He was a devoted son, husband, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend. On July 25, 2016, Wayne was taken from his family and friends at the young age of 34. By his most precious gift of organ donation, he has given many others the gift of life. Wayne’s family and friends are all so very saddened by the loss of Wayne. However, they are grateful knowing that he was able to give a better quality of life to others in need.

Team Wayne G is honored to be part of the 5K Celebration of Life to honor Wayne and all the other heroes who gave, celebrate with those who received, and offer hope to those who continue to wait and remember the lives lost while waiting for the gift of life.
